We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re visiting us for the first time or have been a part of the Hospice El Paso family for years, I want to personally welcome you to our newly updated website—a fresh space designed with you in mind.

This site is more than just a place to get information. It’s a reflection of our heart, our mission, and the deep commitment we’ve had to our community since 1978.

Hospice El Paso is the only non-profit hospice in the region, and we are proud to serve with a single focus: providing compassionate care and comfort to those facing serious illness while supporting their loved ones during this journey.

Every day, our team walks alongside patients and families during some of the most vulnerable moments in life. Our nurses, aides, chaplains, social workers, administrative staff, and volunteers are more than care providers—they’re a source of comfort, strength, and understanding. We believe that hospice care is not about giving up, but about honoring life—every moment of it.

On this new site, you’ll find stories from families we’ve served, ways to get involved through volunteering or donations, and helpful resources to guide you in understanding hospice care. We’ve made it easier to connect with us, learn about our services, and explore how we can support you or someone you love.
